Our Garden Design Process
01.Initial Consultation
When you come to Sphere Landscape Design & Horticultural Services, we start with an initial consultation. During this initial discussion, Kylie will listen to your needs and establish your client design brief. Our team will look at your site, determine if there are any site issues, and then provide you with ideas and solutions for your perfect garden. Once we have discussed our ideas with you, we are then able to provide you with a fee proposal for scale drawings, if you require them.
02.Design Process
After discussing ideas with you, our team will prepare scaled layout plans based on your requirements. This will include site measure with levels if required, concept layout plans, and planting plans and/or hardscape quantity plans. We will have draft meetings with you to ensure that you are happy with the planning, and we will also deliver your final scaled plans with a laminated presentation that includes inspirational photos of what your final garden will look like.
03.Installation Consultancy
Once your design is completed and approved by you, we can set about sourcing and obtaining quotes for contractors who are skilled and licensed for your particular installation requirements. We will also source your garden features, pots, and sculptures, as well as plant supply and placement. As your garden is put together, we will continue to liaise with contractors during construction, so you have absolutely nothing to worry about.
04.Garden Maintenance
To ensure your newly landscaped garden receives the best possible care and attention from installation through to maturity, we offer a customised garden maintenance service to all our clients. Our expert horticultural knowledge combined with our intimate understanding of your plant selection and landscape design will enable your garden to reach its full potential and thrive from season to season.
